CLIENT: Reed Constructions VALUE: $95 million Project Manager for the implementation of procedural and process systems and general consultancy on the procurement and delivery of stage one of this landmark refurbishment project, which operates a 24/7 construction site in a fully operating building, in the Sydney CBD Bowen Terrace, New Farm CLIENT: CMF Properties VALUE: $2.57 million Construction of a four story whole floor prestige luxury apartment complex with views of the Story Bridge and Brisbane CBD. Refurbishment of Heritage Building, 25 King Street, Sydney CLIENT: Windermere Chambers VALUE: $400,000 Director responsible for the refurbishment and fit-out of this heritage icon in the Sydney CBD. Strategic liaison with the owner, tenant and the leasing agent. Works included the heritage upgrade of the services installation, in particular the essential emergency and life safety systems, with an integrated fit-out. Review of the prime factors for buy/hold scenarios, for the building owner. Bligh House, Sydney CLIENT: State Government VALUE: $14 million Director and Development Manager for the NSW Government, in the repositioning and refurbishment of the Government building, in Bligh Street the heart of the CBD financial district. Roles included the establishment of the Governments Brief and the redefining of their office space standards, for ‘B’ grade assets. Conflict resolution of the various Government Departments regarding floor and space requirements to achieve the necessary goals required. Gowing Bros Building, Market Street, Sydney CLIENT: Gowing Bros VALUE: $25 million Director and Project Manager for the refurbishment of this heritage icon situated on the corner of Market and George Streets, Sydney. The key drivers in this difficult assignment, where the early staged trade packages required; to allow, the famous Gowing’s store to trade through the refurbishment. Major structural modifications were made to the interior, with floors being removed and the strengthening of the façade to the then new NSW earthquake codes. Other considerable benefits for the owners were explored and approved. These include the negotiations with Council for heritage floor space and additional space being allowed for extra floors on the roof. Tenancy schedules and exit strategies were put in place to facilitate the rotation of the tenants being retained, in order to allow the complete refurbishment of all floors and services. St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley CLIENT: CMF Properties VALUE: $17.5 million Construction of an apartment block consisting 54 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartments complete with balconies; and 1150m2 of commercial office space with frontage onto Alfred Street and St Pauls Terrace.
